Refund Policy

 

ZESSA-Click products have been developed by industry experts and released after a mechanism of testing on various environments, therefore company firmly believes in and stands behind ZESSA-Click’s products available and sold through website.

Product Refund Policy (PRP) General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customer satisfaction is the prime objective of the company and its team with no compromise,
  2. ZESSA-Click’s products are digital products,
  3. Company regards all of its customers and value their money, hence:

                   a) Entertain 100% refund policy within stipulated time as mentioned in procedure of refund for its products excluding the taxation, transactions charges which are out of control of ZESSA-Click mentioned under the heading “stipulated time and refund adjustments”.

                   b) Clause 3 (a) of the PRP general terms and conditions does not cover the products fall in the category “Products technically out of scope of PRP” based on the nature and technical ground of the products.

                    c) Clause 3 (a) has been elaborated in PRP Specific Terms and Conditions.

                    d) PRP refers to product refund policy whenever used anywhere on the company website and company policies.

  1. Product Refund Policy has been developed with the idea and company’s vision “Support business to grow” and to protect customers, their money and satisfaction.

Product Refund Policy (PRP) Specific Terms and Conditions:

There may be various specific reasons leading to the refund request from the customers, for any of the reasons company offers 100% refund within stipulated time and as per clauses covered under PRP general terms and conditions 3 (a) and 3 (b).

There may be following reasons mentioned below;

  1. Downloading Issues:

There may be some technical issue arise during the download and a customer could not download the product even after the successful payment completion to ZESSA-Click. In that case we re-commend to write us an email to info@zessa-click.com with 3 working days after the payment confirmation. In that case company offers two options to the customers.

                  a) After the payment confirmation, company can send the product through email to the person had made payment on the email he mentioned in the form of payment filled during the process of payment.

                  b) Or if a customer does not agree with the option mentioned as 1 (a) of PRP specific terms and conditions, company will return 100% amount excluding the tax implied at the time of purchase covering either sellers country’s or the buyer’s country’s taxation laws which ever applicable at the time of refund.

                  c) It’s worth noting that there is a time limit of 3 days applicable for any claim raised under clause 1 (a) of PRP specific terms and conditions.

      2. Major defects: although all of the products are technically and thoroughly tested before the release, unexpected errors may occur. In that case, such customer should contact us through writing us an email to info@zessa-click.com within 15 days after the after purchase. Email must mention the suitable time to contact through Zoom must be mentioned in the email. In that case company offers two options to the customers.

                  a) After the receipt of such email, company representative will contact the person through Zoom and will entertain him by trying to fix and rectify the problem. Customer has the full right to opt option 2 (b) of the PRP specific terms and conditions mentioned below:

                   b) Or if a customer does not agree with the option mentioned as 2 (a) of PRP specific terms and conditions, company will refund 100% amount excluding the tax implied at the time of purchase covering either sellers country’s or the buyer’s country’s taxation laws which ever applicable at the time of refund.

                   c) It’s worth noting that there is a time limit of 30 days applicable for any claim raised under clause 2 (b) of PRP specific terms and conditions, but email must be raised within 15 days as mentioned in clause 2 of the PRP specific terms and conditions.

      3. Product not-as-described:  In case a customer purchased the product and after successful payment and download the product, he feels that the product is not as what was described on the website, such issues should be reported through an email to info@zessa-click.com within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Email must mention the suitable time to contact through Zoom must be mentioned in the email.

                    a) After the receipt of such email, company representative will contact the person through Zoom and will entertain him by trying to explain the products functionalities to convince the customer, during the process of discussion such customer has the full right to opt option 3 (b) of the PRP specific terms and conditions mentioned below:

                    b) Or if a customer does not agree with the option mentioned as 3 (a) of PRP specific terms and conditions, company will refund 100% amount excluding the tax implied at the time of purchase covering either sellers country’s or the buyer’s country’s taxation laws which ever applicable at the time of refund.

                     c) It’s worth noting that there is a time limit of 30 days applicable for any claim raised under clause 3 (b) of PRP specific terms and conditions, but email must be raised within 15 days as mentioned in clause 3 of the PRP specific terms and conditions.

      4. Other ground of dissatisfaction;

There may be any of the following reasons mentioned in sub clause (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of Clause 4 of PRP specific terms and conditions through which a customer wanted to have the refund of his money, in that case, company offers 100% refund within stipulated time and conditions covered under PRP general terms and conditions 3 (a) and 3 (b).

                     a) Customer has just change the mind after purchase payment and download.

                     b) Customer feels the product falls under “Product is not what I need” and found a different solution against what was expected.

                     c) Customer don’t have the time to use company’s.

                     d) Customer made some customizations and modifications and now product isn’t working

                     e) Customer finds that the product doesn’t suit customer’s needs or is not compatible with customer’s operating system.

                     f) Customer experiences conflicts with other 3rd party software (add-in) connected to or installed on customer’s machine.  

                     g) A general dissatisfaction without any specific reason mentioned in clauses 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the PRP specific terms and conditions.

In all the above sub clauses of clause 4 of PRP specific terms and conditions, company offers 100% refund within stipulated time and as per clauses covered under PRP general terms and conditions 3 (a) and 3 (b).

Stipulated time and refund adjustments:

For any refund claim a stipulated timeline of 30 days will be followed unless mentioned in respective clauses under (PRP) general terms and conditions and (PRP) specific terms and conditions

Refund amount will be adjusted with

  1. Any direct taxation (Income tax, income tax withholding or any other direct tax) or indirect taxation (sales tax, VAT or any other indirect taxation) applied and paid by the customer, taxation is not covered as product’s revenue, and is liable to pay the respective bodies as either of the customer’s country or seller’s country’s taxation authorities or banking channels.
  2. Banking charges, bank fee, transaction charges applied by the either bank of Customer’s or Company’s.
  3. Any other transaction related charges other than product selling price, if applied during sale and purchase transaction will also be deducted.

Products technically out of scope of PRP:

  1. Any products which are not sold through product download option will remain be out of scope of the product refund policy, as for such products payment is neither generated nor received through website and it’s connected payment gateways, hence will remain out of scope of PRP clauses and guidelines.
  2. Any product sold under US$1 category, will create technical complexities for the banking and transaction processing channels due to the break down to decimals, faction of US$ to Cents and its related direct and indirect taxation, hence such product’s category will also be remain out of the scope of the PRP refund terms and conditions.
  3. Any product specifically mentioned here under the heading “products technically out of scope of PRP” (if any) will be remained out of the scope of PRP refund terms and conditions.

Shipping and Cancelation of orders:

ZESSA-Click products are digital products, hence do not cover under any shipping process, shipping timelines and shipping charges.

ZESSA-Click products are the digital product which are ready to download after the payment, hence customer orders proceeds only and specifically once a customer confirms to proceed the order, if he cancels the order during the process and does not proceed with the order to the payment stage, no payment will be charged to him, hence he will be having 100% cancelation right before the payment stage.

Refund processing/procedure

Refunds are processed by the same payment processor a customer used to purchase the ZESSA-Click products. All refund request will only be entertained once raised by the customers by writing refund request to info@zessa-click.com within the terms and conditions mentioned under the clauses of PRP general terms and conditions and PRP specific terms and conditions

Refunds timelines may vary country to country, banks to banks, or payment processing channels and mechanism involved, most of the time it occurs within 7 business days to 15 business days after they are requested. In some case that may take up to two months. The actual date of receiving the refund depends on the payment processor and the method of payment. But very specifically the period of refund timeline is out of ZESSA-Click’s control.
